We have not had time to edit the October 22-23 programs, so there are periods of silence at the beginning of the recordings and during breaks. Since these are recorded programs, they qualify as "A/V" credit. Please indicate this on your Affidavit by writing "A/V" next to the program name.

Claiming Credit: As CLE Sponsor, we are required by WSBA rules to take attendance. To document your attendance, please print and fill out this AFFIDAVIT , and mail is to us within 48 hours after listening.
